Thanksgiving USA

Two days ago was Thanksgiving Day here in the U.S.A.  We remember the Pilgrims who came here to create spaces for religious freedom.  Details of the history of the first Thanksgiving are sketchy.  Was it one meal, or was it over several days?  What was the menu?  There’s a question as to whether the turkey was actually the first Thanksgiving’s main course.

I can tell you with complete certainty that, this week, I had the worst Thanksgiving meal I’ve ever eaten.  It was a waste of a good holiday.

If you celebrated Thanksgiving Day, I hope your day was wonderful, although family holidays are usually much better in the anticipations than the actualities.
